Prosperity on Purpose - Technology Commercialization Program

To increase the chance that a promising piece of technology will make it to market, and generate substantial value for its creators, you need a bridge - between technology commercialization and business creation.

All too often, promising technology development projects languish for years in limbo after they move beyond the initial research stage. These projects are too far along to get funding from "research" sources, but are unable to negotiate partnership or licensing arrangements with large companies, or attract investors, because they are perceived as "too early".

This 2 day series will provide practical guidance in bridging this gap between inventor and business owner by providing clear instruction to develop a plan of action to bring the technology to market.

This training is funded in part by a contribution from the San Diego North Economic Development Council’s Prosperity On Purpose (POP) Committee.
POP was founded in partnership with Supervisor Bill Horn and is a regional visioning plan for North County.
